Thread: g510 overlays and BMP's

I'd like to start a thread where we can post and request overlays for our g510's, as well as BMP's to use in the LCD screen

There are 2 problems witn me doing Overlays for the 510.
1. The most obvious, I do not have a G510, and cannot afford one, so I cannot make a Template.
2. There is just not enough space on the G510, or the G19 for that matter to do anything decent.
My best guess would be, you could paste a texture and that's it, anything more would be so small as to be insignificant.

That makes sense.
Now, regarding those BMP's...

OK so I finally figured this stuff out

ALL that you need to do is download AIDA64 (formerly known as everest ultimate)

In File/preferences/LCD yyou will be able to set up your very own custom display with all the relevant info you want, like custom BMP's, temperatures, % of usage and others.

When dealing with BMP's I strongly recommend saving as MONOCHROME BMP.

All I need now is to think of a way to print legible overlays for the G keys and the winamp plugin for disco lights

Sure looks like a big swastika on the last picture on the right.

The symbol of Thor's hammer flying, used to bless the married couple, or a sign of strength and fortitude. Couldn't be more appropriate. O.o

If there was a way for the keys to light up synced to music it might have been done already. I still don't understand why this keyboard can't do it

Um... because you haven't made the applet/interface/driver/modification to do it.

Perhaps, once you've knocked one up, we can all use it? ;)

haha yeah I wish I was that good too when I graduate from LUA I will continue expanding my knowledge and getting into coding apps
